Hi Alan, I wouldn’t swear on it but I think starlink sent me a new adapter (or I even bought one) before replacing the router which sorted it.

I had the same thing happen: cable was broken and I repaired it. WiFi works great but no connectivity out of the Ethernet Adapter. After you received the new router, did you try using original Ethernet adapter to see if it was okay.? I am curious if it is something in the router that get fried or in the Ethernet adapter when the cable get cut?
